 An exciting opportunity has become available for the right person to become a community mental health practitioner and  to work as part of a Integrated rural community mental health team. The post holder will work in partnership with third sector agencies and other mental health professionals in promoting recovery from mental ill health

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post, English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
