We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, forward thinking and patient-centred individuals to join our excellent nursing team in Machynlleth Community Hospital. We are looking for nurses who can work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, are caring and kind and who wish to develop their clinical and leadership skills. You will be expected to work as an autonomous practitioner with the support of the ward manager and senior nursing and therapies staff. We have permanent roles to offer on a full time and part time basis and welcome applications from newly qualified nurses as well as those with existing experience. 

We are a 14 bedded ward, managing elderly patients often with complex needs. We accept patients from the community and local District General Hospital for on-going rehabilitation, complex discharge planning and palliative care. We provide high quality, evidence based care with the ultimate aim of discharging our patients back to their home environment wherever possible
We are a motivated team committed to the care of our patients and delivery of a high standard of care we can be proud of for patients from across Powys.
