We are looking for a speech therapist to join our small enthusiastic team to work within the mid/north Powys community with adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders
There will be excellent peer and supervisor support and opportunities to develop skills and join in research and service development.
The successful candidate will be expected to work in ward environments, patients' homes and in outpatients. We also deliver services via videoconferencing. This is an excellent post to gain wide adult knowledge base prior to developing specialist skills. There will be opportunities to shadow and learn from a highly experienced team who also work closely with other professional teams within health and external agencies. This will include the opportunity to work with therapists who work in different specialisms such as voice, adults with learning disability and alternative and augmentative communication.
We are looking for a committed, flexible therapist who is a good team player and dedicated to their professional development and quality service delivery.

We would be willing to delay the start date for the right candidate pending graduation etc.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
