Senior Therapist – Recovery and Rehabilitation

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Therapist – Recovery and Rehabilitation to support and lead the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy rehabilitation and recovery services including Home First and Reablement. This role will be a clinical lead focusing on rehabilitation and the COVID 19 Hospital Discharge plan for discharge to recover and assess. The Senior Therapist will work closely with Head of Therapies and Professional Head of Physiotherapy.

The successful candidate will have a credible track record of leadership, establishing and maintaining effective relationships and working in partnership in order to deliver safe and co-ordinated high-quality care for patients. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet the operational challenges of the service.
